DESIGN FEATURES

The fill located inside the casing therefore the direct contact to the sunlight is block by the casing, thereby also reducing the algae formation. The direct contact to the sunlight to the fill and algae formation can damage the fill and reduces the efficiency of the fill.

Low Noise
The Axial Fan blades applied in this model, are specially design by Golden, where the noise level is low but not only low noise, it capable of producing large volume air flow. Further more, adopting bell mount contour around the fan cylinder enables using smaller fan motor serving the double purposes of energy minimum running.

Reducer
The standard reducer for model LCF is belt drive, the usage of belt speed reducer enables low noise yet highly efficient operation. For model LRB some of them using the gear speed reducer with the rating of safety minimum of factor 2.5 and used the helical gears are precision machined from nickel alloy steel, case hardened and finish ground to AGMA class 10 tolerances.

Nozzles
The Nozzle are made from ABS bodies with talc filled polypropylene internals, and with opening minimum 3/a" hence the possible clogging is minimize. The nozzle can withstand up to 80 °C.

Casing and Water Basin
The standard material for the casing and water basin is F.R.P (Fiberglass Reinforce Plastic) therefore eliminating the possible of corrosion, which is the biggest enemy of Cooling Tower. Its lower plate has an incline for easy water flow as well as easy maintenance and cleaning.
