COUNTER FLOW SQUARE MODEL

Golden Muliono Pratama has been marketing and manufacturing Liang Hoo cooling tower for years in Indonesia. For further our services to our customer with more compact and low noise cooling tower, we have develop a new LCF and LRB counter flow square model cooling tower, which has update fashion casing, high volume flow rate and low noise.

Liang Hoo cooling tower are designed and constructed for reliable service life. They are constructed from heavy hot dip galvanized steel and casing with FRP to handle high capacity water and high temperature.

Series LCF and LRB is counter flow square model. Water chiller and air condition are typical cooling tower are used. Model LCF and LRB are available in a wide range of arrangements and option such as concrete casing and water basin.

The New LCF and LRB cooling tower product line is an advanced technology design which utilizes induced draft, counter flow technology the most efficient in the industry and the best design for operation in a freezing climate. The counter flow design provides the LCF and LRB cooling tower with Inherently better operational and maintenance features. These features are described below.

Efficient Drift Eliminators
The special drift eliminators has been accommodate for this model, the system removes entrained water droplet from the air stream to limit the drift lost up to less than 0.001% or the circulating water flow rate. Hence saves valuable water and water treatments chemical.

 

Special PVC Filling
The patented fill design used in the LCF Cooling Tower is specially designed to induce highly turbulent mixing of the air and water for superior heat transfer. The fill is constructed of inert polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It will not rot or decay and is formulated to withstand water temperatures of 55 deg C. Superior Louver Model
The Liang Hoo Cooling Tower Louver design completely encloses the basin area. Direct sunlight is blocked from the water inside the Cooling Tower, thereby reducing the potential of algae formation, water treatment and maintenance costs are substantially reduces.

Reduces Piping Costs
For each cell Cooling Tower is furnish With one inlet and one outlet piping Connection. This design reducers the amount of the external piping and thereby lowers the installed cost of the piping of Cooling Towers.
